Dandelion Celestial Bo Staff
A celestial bo staff forged by Hwisa who refined the Dandelion Steel himself when he visited Dandelion long ago. Legend has it that he hid this weapon away from his students, whom he feared would slack off if they ever came to wield the weapon's incredible power.

- Cannot be enhanced normally or with Caphras Stones. Cannot be registered on the Central Market.
