[Event] Dangerously Adorable Choppy

A dangerously adorable Choppy you bumped into in a potato field in Velia. It appears to be rather hungry, as it keeps following you after you fed it a carrot.

Let's bring the Choppy to Velia's Stablekeeper Lorenzo Murray to learn more.
