Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon

A crystal found in the remnants of an ancient civilization deep in the seas of Oquilla. On nights when the moon is visible, its originally opaque light turns to a mysterious crimson hue. This crystal bears the power to upgrade gear to its fullest potential, a power that is maintained day and night thanks to the ultra processing techniques of the Old Moon Guild.
