The Atrocities of Shen Merchant Guild III

The Shen Merchant Guild has devised various cruel methods to exploit the residents of Muzgar. Given the abundant presence of Black Stone in the region, signs of the Black Stone poisoning frequently emerge. When individuals begin showing debilitating symptoms, they often turn to a medication marketed by the guild, which is said to offer some relief. However, a single dose isn't enough for a complete cure. Continuous medication is needed, but the cost is astronomical for most residents. Consequently, many find themselves compelled to sign lifelong contracts with the guild, binding them indefinitely in a vicious cycle of dependence.
