Lake Sefirah Watermill

The Shen Merchant Guild's favorite thing is profit, and the watermill installed upstream of Lake Sefirah was indeed one of the best things they invested in. It's uncertain on whether it is finished or not, as there's no sign of the wheel turning to grind grains. Some people in Muzgar are worried about this, speculating that it might be a plan to monopolize the only water source, Lake Sefirah, and then sell drinking water procured from Altinova at high prices.
