The Scythe-Wielding Witch
Can be obtained through [Interaction] Find the journal bearing Cartian's past in Ebony Opening.
When Cartian's power grew too great to ignore, the witches of Hexe began to divide. Those who followed her and embraced the Black Spirit fell into ruin, leaving Marie, the leader of Hexe, with no choice but to exile her.
As Cartian's followers were cast out alongside her and began causing unrest, the Elion Church declared a bounty on her head. But once she vanished, no one was able to track her down for quite some time.
