Kim Dol

Kim Dol is a discerning merchant on Yukjo Street, known for picking out only the sweetest fruit. She greets her customers with a calm, tidy air, but when it comes to quality, she is meticulous and exacting. Gongchil at the next stall is a minor bother with his constant sideways glances, yet she cannot help but feel the warmth in the rough pouch of mushrooms he presses into her hands. She may act indifferent, but if he comes back from the mountains bruised, she will quietly press a sweet pear punch into his hands.
