Can be obtained through [Interaction] Examine the broken bridge inside the wide area of the cave at Star's End.
A strange phenomenon can be seen next to the bridge which is between the cave and an abandoned building.
You can see water gushing upward from a sturdy rock. The gushing water from the rock was fresh water with no hints of saltiness. No one is able to explain why spring water would gush out from a place like this.
