Win Over Your Crew's Hearts: Get a Crew
Can be obtained through [Quest] if you have reached Lv. 50 The Black Spirit is claiming that Velia is hustling and bustling lately. What is that all about?
You'll always find the truth at the bottom a mug of ale.
There's no better place than a tavern or inn to meet people. Luckily, there's at least one such establishment in most major settlements: Olvia, Velia, Heidel, Calpheon City, Grána, Altinova, Drieghan, Valencia City, Port Epheria...
Sailors often frequent these taverns and inns when they're between jobs, so hiring one is pretty simple. You just got to win them over with idle chatter and get them hired before another captain snaps them up.
