Win Over Your Crew's Hearts: Prepare Rations
Can be obtained through [Quest] if you have reached Lv. 50 The Black Spirit is claiming that Velia is hustling and bustling lately. What is that all about?
The worst captain is one who drives their crew to desertion.
What good's a ship in immaculate condition if it hasn't got enough rations onboard? If you run out of grub for the crew, it'll only be a matter of time before they decide to scarper.
No captain can demand loyalty when hunger strikes. If you leave port without stocking up on rations, know that you're courting danger! Your crew'll desert and your reputation as an incompetent captain will start to spread.
