Altar of Blood expands with the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th Illusions alongside the new Black Spirit's Scheduler for tracking tasks. Inner Edania introduces junk item exchanges for Divine Coins alongside adjustments to monster zone drop rates and class skills.

Class Changes
- Sorceress Succession received PvP damage reductions for Prime: Dream of Doom and Prime: Abyssal Flame.
- Valkyrie Succession had damage reduction debuff immunity removed from Succession: Absolute: Heaven's Echo.
Contents and Item
- The 22nd, 23rd, and 24th Illusions were introduced to the Altar of Blood with new clear rewards.
- Inner Edania weekly throne quest chests were updated to grant Choose Your Twilight of the End boxes.
- Four Golden Coral Belt items were removed from the game with Silver compensation provided.
Monster and UI
- Lafi Bedmountain at Angavu Outpost now exchanges Inner Edania junk items for Divine Coins.
- Gavinya Coastal Cliff and Aphrodon Temple were adjusted following their removal from the highest-tier zone list.
- The Black Spirit's Scheduler was added under Menu to manage schedules for recurring quests.
Modified or Changed
- Fixed an issue where the Scales of Judgment zone would not reset after defeating Elion's Resentment.
- Resolved an issue where certain Fairy Appearance Change Coupons displayed inaccurate icons.
