[Event] Papu and Otter Disharmony

Roro is promoting the cute Papu and Otter auction in the festival grounds. She says that you need to successfully bid on and win the auctions to claim them, so she can't just give them to you for free. However, she says there's a chest behind her, containing a piece of work unclaimed by anyone, so you could take it if you want. Head to where Roro mentioned and open the chest.
