[Manor] [Weekly] Wings of Frozen Tides

General Crioniak said he received the Wings of Frozen Tides as a gift from the Otter Warriors who were on patrol. While he could return it to you, the general says he can't just do that for some random stranger. Retrieve the goods the general needs and gain his trust.

※ Completing this quest will greatly increase your Amity with General Crioniak, but will also reduce your Amity with Empress Papuraora.
