A Dream Burnt to Ash
Thanks to the Deneve, who possessed unparalleled knowledge and skill, I delved into the formidable power of the forgotten Godr-Ayed. During this journey, I harnessed the magic of Luthraghon for my own unique research. With each passing day, their trust in me grew, and soon, I was hailed as one of the greatest wizards in this realm.
...that is, until the Black Shadow returned once more.
Accursed Hadum and her followers discovered the Deneve's secret sanctuary, launching a relentless assault and slaughtering all in their path. In an instant, all our artifacts and research were reduced to ashes. The Deneve, driven mad with rage, suspected a traitor within our ranks.
Being the last to join their fold, I became the prime suspect. To save my life, I had no choice but to flee once more, clutching only a single book containing records of the ancient altar...
